Bridgeview Center officially opened on October 27th. The project is comprised of 77,000 square feet and is located on a Charlestown Urban Renewal Area on Rutherford Avenue in Sullivan Square. The building contains an 2,500 square foot adult supportive services facility, a 10,000 square foot community space, and a mix of market and rent-assisted apartments.

Nine apartments are designated as rent-assisted, another 9 are for individuals earning less than 50% of Area Median Income (AMI), and 17 are for individuals earning less than 60% of AMI. There are 4 one-bedroom, 19 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom apartments.
